What is the Scandal?
It's the realization that God is intertwined in everything, and compartmentalizing him into an imaginary "spiritual" part of our lives doesn't work.
It's understanding that we can't talk about saving people's souls without saving their lives.
It's believing that heaven isn't some far away place in the clouds, but this Earth, remade through the work of Jesus Christ.
It's about not trusting in yourself, but in God.
It's about self-sacrificing love.
The Scandal is that God is creating a new world, and through his son Jesus we get to be a part of that mission.
